Amazona autumnalis

I haven't uploaded parrot photos for a while (even though if you just count numbers, it's the subject I've been photographing the most).

I have a Red-lored Amazon (Amazona autumnalis) here for few days. This one is really nice and tame bird, it just sat there eating the peanut while I took some photos.

Naturally birds are a bit difficult to photograph. I didn't want to scare her, so I wasn't able to do that much tweaking. One mainligh and reflector, one light for the background (that doesn't shot that much).
